Helen is a Partner, and Joint Head of our Housing and Regeneration team.
She is an experienced property lawyer who has practiced for over 15 years.
Helen handles issues such as freehold and leasehold acquisitions, developments, disposals, lease management instructions, estate management and asset management. She acts for registered providers, property developers and investors, landowners, tenants and charities.
Helen has a strong background in non-contentious commercial property work and has been involved with major real estate projects.
She is a member of the Liverpool Law Society.
In 2018, Helen was independently nominated in research of in-house counsel conducted by Acritas as one of the most outstanding lawyers they have worked with. In the 2022 Legal500, Helen is ranked as a “Next Generation Partner”.
