She's an employment lawyer who specialises in advising clients in the recruitment sector.
Hannah is a 'Recommended Lawyer' by The Legal 500 and handles a range of issues such as workplace matters (eg grievances and disciplinary procedures as well as discrimination matters) along with employment tribunal claims.
She acts for a wide range of employers across a variety of sectors including hospitality, recruitment and logistics.
She also drafts employment contracts and other policy documentation.
In addition, Hannah specialises in advising clients on data protection issues in the employment context.
Hannah has a solid background in contentious and non-contentious work and has drafted terms of business and other contractual documentation for recruitment clients and defended employers in complex tribunal cases.
