She completed her LLB Law undergraduate degree at the University of Leeds — where she also took part in various junior mooting competitions and coached younger students — before completing her SQE1 and SQE2 at BPP University in Leeds.
Outside of work, Esme is a keen runner, swimmer and tennis player.
She joined us in September 2025 and is based in our Leeds office.
