Erika Johnson

Erika is a Paralegal in our construction team.

She supports clients with a range of disputes arising from construction projects — including defective works and payment disputes — and acts for employers, contractors and third parties.

Having graduated from the University of Sheffield with an LLB in Law, Erika went on to achieve a High Distinction in the Bar Practice Course at The University of Law's Liverpool campus. She was Called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn in July 2026.

Erika chose a career in law because she wanted to make a meaningful impact while working in a hands-on, fast-paced profession. Known for being friendly, hardworking, focused and confident, she approaches her work with honesty, passion and a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients. She believes that success isn't always linear and that hard work pays off.

Outside of work, Erika is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn. She served as Head Coach of the Cheerleading Society during university and enjoys reading crime and thriller novels.

She joined us in September 2026 and is based in our Liverpool office.
