Ellen Hawthorne is a Legal Director in our Housing and Regeneration team.
Ellen is an experienced real estate lawyer who specialises in freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, drainage easements, securitisation and residential and commercial development work.
She advises on issues such as site assembly matters and infrastructure agreements and estate and asset management matters.
She acts for a broad range of clients including property developers, registered providers, real estate investment groups and online retailers, as well as private clients and high-net worth individuals.
Ellen has a strong background in non-contentious commercial and residential development work, having practised for around a decade. She worked for a boutique property specialist law firm before joining us. She is a member of The Law Society.
Ellen joined us in June 2022 and is based in our Manchester office.
