An expert in all issues relating to the workforce, Dan helps his clients to focus on their core business challenges.
While Dan has a focus on high-level strategic issues, he advises on all aspects of employment law including corporate restructures, re-organisations and redundancies, employee relations issues (such as grievances and disciplinaries) and employment related litigation (including bringing and defending claims for discrimination, unfair dismissal, breach of contract and claims relating to the enforcement of post-termination restrictive covenants).
He also drafts and advises on contracts of employment, service agreements, policies and procedures and settlement agreements.
Dan joined us in January 2024 from a major UK legal and professional service business. He is primarily based in our Manchester office.
