Ciara Lawlor

Ciara is a Paralegal in our charities, not-for-profits and social enterprises team.

She advises charities on a range of different charity law issues, including charity registrations, incorporations and dissolutions. She also regularly works with charities on governance matters, providing advice on amending governing documents and general governance reviews.

Having spent two years working for the Charity Commission, Ciara advises and assists charities with matters that involve the regulator. These can vary from requests for s105 orders to the management and oversight of compliance investigations or statutory inquiries.

Ciara joined us in September 2023 and is based in our Liverpool office.
