Bernadett is a Senior Associate in our Commercial and Intellectual Property team.
Bernadett is a commercial lawyer who handles issues such as negotiating and drafting commercial agreements such as marketing agreements, terms of business, distribution agreements, supply of goods, manufacturing agreements and IP licensing agreements.
She acts for a range of clients including in the retail, manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
She is also highly skilled at reviewing, drafting and negotiating various international commercial agreements, especially for the European and US markets.
Bernadett has a strong background in e-commerce, retail, advertising, marketing, food and cosmetic law. She acted for over eight years as an in-house counsel and regulatory specialist for a major international food and cosmetic manufacturer and e-commerce retailer.
She also worked for a law firm in Hungary, where she advised clients from the telecommunication and energy sectors and gained experience in contentious and non-contentious commercial issues and contracts. She previously worked for the Hungarian Parliament where her practice areas were international human rights and rights of international organisations.
Bernadett joined us in January 2023 and is based in our Liverpool office.
