Ben Lamb is a Partner in our property team.
He advises a broad range of clients across the UK on all aspects of real estate. In the field of commercial property investment and commercial and residential development, Ben acts for a variety of national property companies as well as private family investment vehicles and trusts. He also represents a range of funders and borrowers that generate a high volume of investment and development finance instructions.
Ben’s clients are active in all types of commercial real estate classes including logistics, retail and leisure, offices, residential and industrial property and he often advises occupiers of commercial property including international companies, national retailers, serviced-office providers and hotel and leisure operators.
Highly proactive and responsive, Ben is known for taking a pragmatic approach to transactions with a focus on getting the deal done. He's listed as a Recommended Lawyer by The Legal 500, with clients praising his "commercial, quick and efficient" approach as well as his "communication" and "attention to detail"
Ben is a member of both the Investment Property Forum (a national organisation for those operating in UK commercial real estate investment) and the Mayfair Collective (a London-based circle of trusted family office advisors).
Ben qualified as a solicitor in 2003 while working in the City of London, where he spent a decade working at two international law firms. He relocated to Leeds in 2011 to become a Partner in the commercial property team of a Yorkshire-based firm.
Ben joined us in August 2025 and is based in our Leeds office.
