Becca Chan

Becca is an Executive in our Deal Advisory team.

She advises on business disposals, acquisitions, fundraises and valuations, as well as MBOs and MBIs for a range of corporate clients including SMEs, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs.

Becca enjoys working closely with clients to deliver tailored, strategic advice that supports their long-term goals. She has experience across a broad range of sectors and has worked on both domestic and international transactions.

Prior to joining us, Becca worked in the corporate team of a global logistics company headquartered in Hong Kong, where she supported a variety of corporate projects including the acquisition of companies across diverse industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, eCommerce and freight logistics.

Outside of work, Becca enjoys hiking, travelling and playing badminton.
