Aoife is a Legal Director in our Litigation team.
Aoife is an experienced costs solicitor who advises on a wide range of costs issues from cost budgeting, monitoring costs in conjunction with budgeting, preparation of Precedent Ts, attendance at CMCs and CCMCs to deal with any issues arising from cost budgeting.
In addition, she deals with both Claimant and Defendant costs, Points of Dispute, Points of Reply, attendance at Detailed Assessments, attendance at Mediations/JSMs to advise on costs and general advices.
Aoife has a strong background in all aspects of costs law, having worked in this field for almost two decades. She worked for a global firm for 12 years leading internal teams in Manchester and Dublin advising and dealing with a wide range of costs cases before joining us.
Aoife joined us in 2022 and works across our Liverpool and Manchester offices.
