Samantha is a Solicitor in our employment, pensions and immigration team.
Samantha handles issues such as employment contracts, disciplinaries and grievances as well as exit negotiations and employment tribunal proceedings.
She acts for a range of clients including large corporations, sport clubs and SMEs in a broad range of sectors.
She also advises on matters such as whistleblowing and discrimination claims.
Sam is experienced in a range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and she also played a key role in various businesses before embarking upon her legal career.
Sam’s clients include Travelodge, Rhenus Logistics and Nando's Restaurants.
Sam joined us in 2018 and qualified in 2017. She is based in our Manchester office.
