Peter Wood

Peter is a Paralegal in our construction team.

He assists in the delivery of clear, commercially focused advice, taking an empathetic, attentive and pragmatic approach to his work and drawing on the strong critical‑thinking skills that he developed through his legal studies and previous experience.

Before joining us, Peter worked in the commercial real estate department at another Liverpool firm where he gained hands‑on experience running commercial property matters from instruction through to completion. He also developed sector knowledge in real estate law through both practice and his study of Advanced Real Estate on the LPC. In his previous role, he frequently supported corporate clients on commercial property acquisitions.

Born and raised in Liverpool, Peter has always been driven to build a legal career in the city. He completed the LPC and LLM in Professional Legal Practice at The University of Law in Liverpool, achieving a Distinction.

Outside of work, Peter is passionate about travelling and mountaineering, having completed notable hikes across the UK, Norway and Madeira. He’s also a dedicated Everton supporter and attends most home and away fixtures.

He joined us in January 2026 and is based in our Liverpool office.
