Having qualified as a property litigator in 2022 and previously working as a property litigation Paralegal since 2018, Oskar’s expertise ranges from commercial property disputes including 1954 Act lease renewals to landlord and tenant disputes.
He’s experienced in handling disputes around restrictive covenants, adverse possession, boundaries, dilapidations, rights of way and rights to light, as well as possession proceedings, including injunctive actions against trespassers. Oskar frequently advises clients on alternative dispute resolution. In AIUL v Wainwright [2023] 5 WLUK 613, Oskar helped secure a High Court quia timet interim injunction against “urban explorers” who were trespassing on our client’s abandoned seminary building in Lancashire.
Oskar is a bilingual English and Polish speaker and has authored content on topical legal issues for the Estate Gazette, the Property Law Journal and Lexology.
