Mark is a Consultant in our Corporate team.
Mark is an experienced corporate lawyer who has practiced for almost four decades.
He is experienced in handling a range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, management buy-ins and buy-outs, groups reorganisations, joint venture agreements and institutional private equity funding.
He has regularly acted for a wide variety of clients including retailers and institutional investors.
He has also advised on commercial agreements, intellectual property law and competition law.
Mark joined us in 1986 and served as our Managing Partner between 2009 and 2018. He was also Head of the Manchester Corporate team from 2017 to 2019 and is based in our Manchester office.
