Kevin is a Legal Director in our Property team.
Kevin is an experienced commercial property lawyer who handles acquisitions and disposals (both freehold and leasehold), deals with commercial leases for landlords and tenants, advises on funding transactions for both borrowers and lenders and handles other portfolio management issues.
He acts for a wide range of clients including household name retailers, institutional pension funds, large property investment firms, small owner-managed businesses and individual investors.
In addition, he advises colleagues across a range of practises and sectors from corporate and charities to retail, on a broad variety of property-related matters.
Kevin has a strong background in non-contentious work and has dealt with a number of high value transactions. He is experienced in the areas of property investment and management, especially in the retail sector, and has worked with portfolios featuring a mix of office, retail and industrial assets.
He writes regularly on property related topics such as landlord and tenant related issues for industry publications such as Property Law Journal.
He is classed as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500.
Kevin’s clients include Merseyside Local Authority Pension Fund.
