Katherine is a Senior Associate in our housing and communities team.
She's a housing lawyer who handles a broad range of issues including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, as well as residential developments and landlord and tenant matters.
She acts for a variety of clients including registered providers, charitable organisations, public sector bodies including local authorities as well as private clients.
Katherine also advises on statutory agreements such as Section 104 and Section 38 Agreements, charging, Deeds of Easement, title investigations and reports, licences, leases, Deeds of Covenant and Deeds of Variation. Katherine specialises in lease enfranchisement, acting for landlords as well as tenants.
Katherine qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and is a member of both Women in Social Housing and the Merseyside Women Lawyers Division.
Katherine’s clients include Alpha (RSL) Ltd, ForViva and The Riverside Group Limited.
Katherine joined us in 2017 and is based in our Manchester office.
