Jordan is a Solicitor in our investment and property management team.
He has experience in advising businesses of all sizes relating to commercial property transactions and is typically involved in property sales and acquisitions, property refinancing matters and commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
Jordan’s work includes assisting commercial lending institutions with their real estate finance instructions, advising charities in the disposal of residential properties in-line with the Charities Act 2011, advising clients in landlord and tenant matters around the management of their property portfolios (including EV leases, renewal leases, deeds of variation and deeds of rectification) and acting for SIPPs.
Jordan graduated from Northumbria University in 2018 with First Class Honours in the MLaw course before starting his training contract in 2022. He qualified as a solicitor in September 2024 and joined us in September 2025.
A keen musician, Jordan plays the piano and guitar. He’s also a classically trained trombonist, having obtained a Grade 8 qualification from Trinity College London.
Jordan is based in our Manchester office.
