Isabelle is a Associate in our corporate team.
She advises on UK and cross-border company mergers, acquisitions and disposals, business reorganisations and private equity-backed transactions for a range of international and local businesses, with particular experience across the retail, FMCG, food, life sciences and technology sectors.
An active member of our retail sector team, Isabelle leads the coordination of our retail corporate memberships.
Isabelle's clients value her attention to detail and pragmatic approach to managing transactions under tight time pressures.
Isabelle started her legal career as a commercial real estate legal assistant — a role that she held full time while completing the legal practice course. She then became a corporate paralegal before qualifying in 2021 and spending almost three years at a global law firm.
She recently spent a year living in Sydney, where she worked in commercial real estate before travelling around Australia, New Zealand and parts of South-East Asia.
Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys country walks, drinking coffee, exploring new restaurants and travel planning.
Isabelle joined us in January 2026 and is based in our Leeds office.
