Hewi is a Legal Director in our corporate team.
She is an experienced corporate lawyer who also specialises in dental practice sales and acquisitions within our health sector.
Hewi also advises on issues such as practice structures, protecting NHS PDS/GDS Contracts, NHS 24 Hour Retirement, CQC registration applications, NHS GDS/PDS Regulations, incorporations, partnership agreements, expense share agreements and dental practice due diligence.
She acts for a range of clients including independent dentists, corporate dental groups and dental care professionals.
Hewi has a strong background in corporate law and has practised for over a decade. She is highly experienced in acting on the sale and acquisition of dental practises of all sizes, from single to multiple site locations, including the sale of a £2.5 million site.
She also specialises in acting for the spouses of dentists as sole NHS Contractors who have passed away, securing NHS contracts in a caretaker role, notifying the CQC of the death of a registered provider and enabling practices to maintain CQC registration on a caretaker provision.
Hewi joined us in January 2023 and is based in our Leeds office.
