Hannah handles both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with a raft of experience in the protection and registration of IP portfolios in the UK, Europe and internationally. She advises on the exploitation and licensing of IP, as well as enforcement and infringement disputes relating to patents, trade marks, copyright, passing-off, company names and domain names, in addition to database, image and design rights.
Hannah also provides support in corporate matters — such as IP due diligence examinations and IP audits — and advises on general commercial matters including commercial contracts, terms of business, collaboration agreements, sponsorship agreements and IT contracts.
A dual-qualified solicitor and trade mark attorney, Hannah is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and its Unreal Committee as well as CITMA (the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys).
She is classed as a 'Recommended Lawyer' and 'Next Generation Partner' in the field of intellectual property by The Legal 500 and is praised by clients for having 'everything under control'. She has also been recognised as a 'Rising Star' by Managing Intellectual Property (IP Stars) and has been ranked by Chambers and Partners for her experience in portfolio management and licensing agreements.
