Fern is a Senior Associate in our development team.
She is a residential development lawyer who handles matters such as land acquisitions, sale of land for residential development, option and promotion agreements for developers and landowners along with general commercial property matters.
Fern acts for a range of clients including landowners, residential developers, promoters, investment property owners and various dental professionals.
She also supports our specialist dental sub-sector team (part of our healthcare sector) and offers property-related advice and assistance in relation to dental practice acquisitions and sales.
Fern joined us in 2017 when she qualified as a Solicitor after training at a large national firm. She is based in our Liverpool office.
