Clara is a Trainee Solicitor in our corporate law team.
Clara assists on various matters including corporate transactions and company sales and acquisitions. She also researches and advises on complex legal matters.
Having gained experience in the healthcare sector, Clara helps to advise on the specialist sales and acquisitions of pharmacies and dental practices.
She graduated with an LLB from the University of Liverpool in 2019 and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and masters at the University of Law (Liverpool) in 2020.
Clara joined us in August 2021 and is set to qualify in 2024. She is based in our Liverpool office.
