Charlotte Hunt

Charlotte is an Associate in our real estate team.

She has experience drafting, negotiating and agreeing building contracts, appointments and warranties across the infrastructure and real estate sectors, working with a wide range of contract forms, including NEC and JCT standard forms as well as bespoke agreements. Charlotte also has experience working in-house for a Tier 1 contractor.

She qualified in non-contentious construction law in 2021 and worked for an international law firm prior to joining us in 2026. 

Charlotte is based in our Lancashire office.
