Charlotte is a Senior Associate in our property team.
She handles all aspects of commercial property transactions including commercial acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, landlord and tenant work together with commercial investment work.
Charlotte acts for a range of clients including retailers, institutional pension funds and large property investment companies. She's a member of the Law Society and sits on the Non-Contentious Sub Committee for the Liverpool Law Society.
Charlotte joined us in 2023 and qualified in 2019. She's based in our Liverpool office.
