Becky is a Legal Director in our Property team.
Becky is an experienced commercial property lawyer who specialises in commercial lease transactions (acting for both landlords and tenants), property acquisitions and disposals (both freehold and leasehold) as well as general portfolio management work.
She acts for a wide range of clients including household name retailers, large property investment firms, small owner-managed businesses and individual investors.
Becky also advises on renewals and procedures under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
In addition, Becky works with colleagues on various retail and manufacturing-based projects.
Becky’s clients include Leisureplex Hotels Limited, McColl’s Retail Group, Peel Land and Property Group and Peel Ports Group.
Becky joined us in 2007 and is based in our Liverpool office.
