Brabners have advised the shareholders of Rainham Industrial Services, a leading UK provider of industrial installation, maintenance, and refurbishment services to the power generation, energy from waste, nuclear and manufacturing sector, on a sale of the Company to an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital (“H.I.G.”).
