Will Parker
Senior Associate
Will is a Senior Associate in our construction team.
He advises on construction and engineering dispute avoidance and resolution, with experience in representing clients in the TCC, arbitration, adjudication and all forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation. He also advises on standard form contracts including JCT, NEC and FIDIC as well as bespoke agreements including PFI contracts.
All types of disputes — especially adjudications — can be highly time-sensitive, so Will excels at working closely with in-house lawyers and project teams to help drive cases through to successful conclusions. Having been on secondment with a leading engineering design consultancy, Will has a strong understanding of exactly how disputes impact businesses.
Will acts for clients throughout the supply chain including employers, main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers. He has also represented Tier 1 contractors on both disputes and major national infrastructure projects.
Will qualified in 2019 and was nominated for Trainee of the Year at the Manchester Legal Awards that same year.
A keen golfer, skier, cricketer and crossword-solver, Will has appeared on the popular BBC quiz show Eggheads. After graduating in politics, he worked for two other major law firms specialising in construction and engineering disputes before joining us in February 2025.
