Wiktoria is a Paralegal in our investment and property management team.
She assists with a wide range of investment and property management transactions such as commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and matters that involve leasehold portfolio management.
Her work includes drafting documents in commercial transactions, providing legal research and assisting with external client queries, conducting title reviews, assisting with post-completion registration work and data site management work.
Wiktoria graduated with an LLB Hons in Law from the University of Salford in July 2022.
She joined us that same month and is based in our Liverpool office.
