Usha is a Legal Director in our Investment and Property Management team.
Usha is a commercial property lawyer who advises on issues such as freehold/leasehold site acquisitions and disposals, lender finance and bridging due diligence along with landlord and tenant lease matters.
She acts for a broad range of clients including retailers, developers, landlords, tenants, financial institutions and individual borrowers.
Usha qualified in 2000 and has a strong and experienced background in non-contentious commercial property law, working in a significant international law firm before joining us.
She has conducted title due diligence for purchasers and lenders at multi-million pound levels and has repeatedly acted for a host of well-known national retailers on their property management work involving reversionary leases, regears and surrenders.
Usha is known for providing clear and straightforward advice and has presented at the Liverpool Law Society.
Usha joined us in 2018 and is based in our Liverpool office.
