Sophie handles real estate development issues such as acquisitions, disposals, leases, property finance and other development related transactions.
She acts for a range of clients including lenders, investors, property developers and local authorities.
Sophie is experienced in non-contentious residential and commercial property law.
She is a member of The Law Society.
Sophie joined us in 2021 and qualified in 2021. She is based in our Manchester office.
