Sarah is a Senior Associate in our employment team, advising clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters.
She provides strategic, practical guidance on both contentious and non-contentious issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy consultation processes, and complex tribunal litigation (including discrimination claims). Sarah also advises on Senior Executive exits, often negotiating high-value settlements on behalf of senior individuals.
Known for her down-to-earth and responsive approach, Sarah works closely with HR directors and in-house legal teams — particularly within the retail and technology sectors.
Her clients range from large PLCs to SMEs and senior executives.
Sarah qualified in 2019, having trained at a Liverpool-based firm, before joining Brabners the same year.
Sarah is actively involved in the profession and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Beyond her client work, Sarah plays a key role in our community initiatives — volunteering at the firm’s charity allotment in partnership with Rotunda and helping to organise team social events. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in the Lake District with her husband and cockerpoo Clancy and exploring food and wine. She holds a WSET Level 2 qualification in wine appreciation.
