An expert corporate lawyer, he handles issues such as mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate governance, partnerships, LLPs and group structures.
He regularly acts for a broad range of clients including owner-managed businesses and large corporates.
Rupert also advises registered providers on corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, innovative funding structures, amalgamations and mergers. He often provides these clients with specialist guidance on corporate governance matters, constitutional issues, changes to model rules and intra-group agreements.
Rupert has a strong background in non-contentious work and is highly experienced in representing companies in the private and housing and communities sectors.
