Richard is a Partner in our Corporate team.

Richard is an experienced corporate lawyer who handles issues such as acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, joint ventures and shareholder agreements on behalf of private companies.

Richard has a strong background in corporate law and he has been involved in many deals where privately owned businesses transact with international parties. He is experienced in helping international law firms transact deals under English law.

He served as Corporate Partner at Chaffe Street (now Brabners) in the 1990s and then took up partnership positions at two law firms in Manchester and Leeds before re-joining us.

He is classed as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500.

Richard’s clients include Brown Shipley and NEO Solar.

Richard joined us in 2016 and is based in our Manchester office.
