Rhiannan is a Solicitor in our property team.
She specialises in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of planning law, including general planning advice, planning agreements, highways advice (including public rights of way, stopping up and highways agreements), enforcement advice, statutory appeals and judicial review challenges.
Rhiannan has experience in both the public and private sectors which includes assisting in the delivery of large-scale redevelopment projects and a town centre regeneration projects. She has also advised on governance and local authority law.
Rhiannan acts for local authorities, statutory undertakers, lenders, landowners and developers and is a member of the BYP Network, Compulsory Purchase Association and the Law Society.
Rhiannan joined us in June 2023 and is based in our Manchester office.
