Rebecca is a Senior Associate in our Property team.
Rebecca is a commercial property lawyer who deals with acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant work on behalf of a wide variety of retail, development and investment clients. She also undertakes corporate support work.
Rebecca has experience of large-scale development projects including the long-term waterfront development scheme at Liverpool Waters.
She acts for a wide range of clients from small owner-managed businesses and property investment firms to public listed companies and household retailers.
She is a founding member of the Liverpool branch of the Forum For Tomorrow and continues to sit on the committee as Branch Secretary.
Rebecca acts for both Primark and TJ Morris on their new store development and portfolio management work and her clients include Peel Land and Property and NWF Group.
Rebecca joined us in 2014 and she qualified in 2016. She is based in our Liverpool office.
