Nicole is a Deal Advisory Executive.
Part of our deal advisory team, she helps to proactively create deals and bring parties together.
A Chartered Accountant, Nicole advises on acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, strategies, valuations and working capital fundraising.
She acts for a wide range of clients across many sectors, including multinationals, SMEs, entrepreneurs, owner-managers (both on the buy-side and sell-side) and individuals.
Balancing empathy and emotion to understand a client’s desired outcome, Nicole ensures that each client does the right deal — not just any deal — and guides them through the complexities of a corporate transaction.
Having set herself a target of visiting 50 countries before she’s 30, Nicole will always welcome a chat about new holiday destinations.
Nicole qualified with the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) in August 2022 before joining us in October 2023.
