Nicola is a Paralegal in our Property team.
Nicola assists the team on issues such as commercial freehold and leasehold disposals, lease acquisitions and renewals as well as tenancy agreements.
She has experience in many areas of law in both the UK and the Isle of Man where she worked for 13 years in a corporate law firm. She has gained experience in legal drafting and reporting, case management as well as liaising closely with clients and agents.
Nicola is currently studying for her CILEX Level 3 Certificate.
Nicola joined us in 2016 and is based in our Lancashire office.
