Nicola Hall

Nicola is a Chartered Legal Executive in our agriculture and landed estates team.

She handles agricultural and landed estate transactions, as well as commercial property work and private client property matters. Her experience includes agricultural sales and purchases, tenancies, leases, licences and unregistered land issues.

Nicola represents a range of clients, including landed estates, agricultural businesses with substantial land holdings, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, private companies and charitable organisations.

She has experience in many areas of law in both the UK and the Isle of Man, where she worked for 13 years at a corporate law firm.

Nicola joined us in 2016 and is based in our Lancashire office.
