Neil is a Consultant in our property team.
Neil is an experienced property lawyer with a strong background in non-contentious commercial property work and has carried out work for one of the UK’s largest multiple-retailers.
Neil handles property transactions such as acquisitions and disposals as well as regulatory issues and due diligence matters. He acts for a range of regional and national clients – especially retailers.
He is a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500.
Neil’s clients include McColl's, James Hall (SPAR) and Pavers Shoes.
Neil joined us in 2001 and is based in our Liverpool office.
