Nancy is a Solicitor in our Property Litigation team.
Nancy advises on issues relating to opposed and unopposed lease renewals, terminal and interim dilapidations, possession, squatter possession, service charge disputes, service of break, common law and statutory notices, disputes relating to notices and easement disputes.
She has gained experience in legal drafting and case management as well as liaising closely with counsel and clients.
Nancy joined us in 2016 and is based in our Liverpool office.
