Nancy is an Associate in our property litigation team.

She advises on issues relating to opposed and unopposed lease renewals, terminal and interim dilapidations, possession, squatter possession, service charge disputes, service of break, common law and statutory notices, disputes relating to notices and easement disputes.

Nancy joined us in 2016 and is based in our Liverpool office.
