Molly Heymans

Molly is a Conveyancing Executive in our housing team.

She advises on residential property matters, with a focus on social housing and shared ownership. She works with Registered Providers on staircasing, transfers of reversionary interests, buy backs, resales and variation agreements, alongside general conveyancing, including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties.

She also has experience advising on plot sales and site set ups for national housebuilders and developers and regularly works with developers and local authorities.

Since finishing her law degree in 2020, Molly has developed experience managing high-volume caseloads and working to tight deadlines. She’s known for being approachable and personable, taking the time to understand each client’s priorities and keeping them updated so they can plan and meet their targets with confidence.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys travelling and has been learning Spanish since finishing her degree.

She joined us in June 2026 and is based in our Liverpool office.
