Miray is a Solicitor in our Real Estate team.
Miray has previously worked on property refinances and purchases providing reports on titles to lenders in both standard and bespoke formats. She also has experience raising appropriate enquiries with the borrowers’ solicitors and ensures that all security is perfected and registered in a timely manner.
She has acted for a number of lending houses and banks with a focus on using property as security.
Miray has gained experience in the different types of banking of securities and has also worked closely with lending houses.
Miray joined us in 2020 and is based in our Manchester office.
