Michelle Hall

Michelle is a Chartered Legal Executive in our corporate team.

She advises on share and asset acquisitions and disposals with a strong focus on the healthcare sector — particularly pharmacy. She has strong experience in project management and drafting clear, effective ancillary documents that keep transactions running smoothly.

Michelle qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in March 2022. Clients value her commercial, can‑do approach and the straightforward way that she helps to guide them through the transactional process.

Before joining us in November 2025, Michelle spent two decades at a national law firm in roles spanning credit control, legal support and paralegal work, all while studying part‑time for her LLB and later her CILEx qualification. 

Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her family and keeping up with her energetic son — and has recently taken up archery.

She is based in our Manchester office.
