Megan Lee

Megan is a Solicitor in our employment, pensions and immigration team.

She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and works with a range of clients including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, national organisations and individual employees.

Megan prepares and audits contracts, policies, and handbooks as well as advising employers and people teams on managing sickness absence, underperformance, disciplinaries and grievances. She is experienced in handling employment tribunal claims for both employers and employees.

Megan also has experience working in strategic procurement and corporate strategy across the transport sector.

Megan joined us upon qualification in August 2023. She is based in Manchester.
