Mark is a Legal Director in our housing and regeneration team.
He handles issues such as landlord and tenant disputes, disrepair claims, anti-social behaviour injunctions, possession proceedings, service charge recovery and forfeiture.
Mark acts for a range of clients including local housing associations, fully mutual co-operatives, national registered providers and private individuals.
He also provides general housing management and leasehold advice.
Mark is a member of the Civil Litigation Sub-Committee for the Liverpool Law Society.
Mark joined us in March 2018 and qualified in 2013. He is based in our Liverpool office.
