Mark is a Partner in our private client team.
An experienced private client lawyer, he handles issues such as tax planning, trusts, wills, probate and estate administration.
Mark is recognised in The Legal 500's Hall of Fame for 2025 for his expertise in personal tax, trusts and probate.
He acts for various clients including PLCs and landed estate families.
Mark has a strong background in non-contentious matters, having practised for over four decades and is experienced in tax and succession planning for family-owned businesses.
He's a member of the Liverpool Law Society and formerly served as its President, as well as a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
He joined us in 1988 and is based in our Liverpool office.
