Mark is a Partner in our Private Client team.
Mark is an experienced private client lawyer who handles issues such as tax planning, trusts, wills, probate and estate administration. He acts for various clients including PLCs and landed estate families.
Mark has a strong background in non-contentious matters having practised for over four decades and is experienced in tax and succession planning for family-owned businesses.
Mark is a member of the Liverpool Law Society and formerly served as its President while he is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
He is classed as a ‘Leading Individual’ and ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500 and was described by The Chambers and Partners UK 2016 Guide as “straightforward and knowledgeable” as well as “technically very sound”.
Mark joined us in 1988 and is based in our Liverpool office.
