Mairead is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team.
Mairead is experienced in corporate law, and advises on issues such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and company restructures.
She acts for a range of clients including private companies, SMEs and owner managed businesses.
Mairead also advises on matters such as share and asset deals, MBOs, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, as well as employee ownership trust disposals and other routes to exit.
Mairead is a member of our Technology Funding Team and has experience in advising Tech start-ups.
Her clients include Eventura Ltd, Daletech Electronics Ltd, SEI Group Limited and ePower Trucks Group Limited.
Mairead joined us in October 2018 and qualified in October 2016. She works across our Lancashire and Manchester offices.
