Kirsty is a Paralegal in our corporate team.

She has specialised in regulated corporate transactions across the healthcare, dental and care sectors since 2018, with her main client base consisting of independent dentists, corporate dental groups, dental care professionals and care home operators.

Kirsty has a particular focus on dental practice sales and acquisitions. She has advised on a wide range of matters, from sole practitioner acquisitions and disposals through to complex, multi‑million‑pound and multi‑site transactions.

She’s highly experienced in managing the NHS and CQC aspects of transactions — both during the deal process and post‑completion — and is often involved from an early stage through to implementation.

Kirsty also assists with due diligence exercises and provides advice on a wide range of regulatory matters, including CQC registration. This includes the set‑up of new (squat) dental practices, registering and de-registering locations, variations to registration and correcting or restructuring existing registrations. She also advises on NHS contract protection and related post‑completion issues.

Alongside her dental work, Kirsty advises on care home transactions and regulatory matters, assisting clients with due diligence, CQC considerations and transactional support.

In her youth, Kirsty was an artist whose work was sold internationally — a background that explains her eye for detail and instinct for seeing the bigger picture.

Kirsty joined us in April 2023 and is based in our Leeds office.
