Kirsty is a Paralegal in our corporate team.
With a strong background in the healthcare and dental sectors, Kirsty has solely advised dentists since 2018. Her client base includes independent dentists, corporate dental groups and dental care professionals.
Kirsty has a focus on dental practice sales and acquisitions, where she handles the NHS and CQC processes both during a transaction and after completion. She has worked on a range of dental practice transactions, from sole practitioner acquisitions and disposals all the way up to multimillion and multi-site acquisitions and disposals.
Kirsty also assists clients with the due diligence process, as well as CQC registration (including setting up squat dental practices, adding or removing locations and correcting registrations) and NHS contract protection work.
Kirsty joined us in April 2023 and is based in our Leeds office.
