Kieran is an experienced investment and property management lawyer who specialises in commercial property matters including landlord and tenant law, telecommunications, sale and purchase, property finance and pharmacies.
He acts for a variety of clients including commercial landlords and tenants.
Kieran has a strong background in investment and property management law, having practised for over a decade, and he worked for a nationwide legal and professional services business before joining our firm.
He has been recognised as a ‘Next Generation Lawyer’ by The Legal 500.
Kieran’s clients include Evans Property Group, Edwin Woodhouse & Co, the Savile Estate and Plaxton Park Industrial Estate
Kieran joined us in 2022 and is based in Leeds.
