An experienced investment and property management lawyer, he specialises in commercial property matters including landlord and tenant law, telecommunications, sale and purchase, property finance and pharmacies.
Kieran is recognised in The Legal 500 2025 for his commercial property expertise.
Kieran acts for a variety of clients including commercial landlords and tenants.
Having practised for over a decade, he has a strong background in investment and property management law and previously worked for a nationwide legal and professional services business.
Kieran’s clients include Evans Property Group, Edwin Woodhouse & Co, the Savile Estate and Plaxton Park Industrial Estate.
Kieran joined us in 2022 and is based in Leeds.
