Kerry is the Debt Recovery Manager in our litigation team.
Kerry handles a range of commercial debt recovery issues including settlement negotiations, proceedings and enforcement, insolvency and foreign debt recovery.
She acts for a range of clients including private fee paying schools, breweries, manufacturers of commercial machinery and one of the UK’s leader providers of waste management services.
Kerry has a strong background in commercial debt recovery having worked within the sector for over three decades.
Kerry joined us in 2022 and is based in our Liverpool office.
